I've been taking Ballroom and Latin dancing lessons with my partner for more than 7 years, and it's quite the workout. It helps your posture, your calves, your thighs, and your arms.

Dancing makes you more limber, more graceful, gives you better balance, and helps you be more fit and confident. Some of my students play rugby for our city team,and some do swimming , basketball and so on, and I can tell a difference in how they handle themselves on their fields; They have a lot better balance and rhythm.It's just an example.Dancing helps almost everything. I feel a lot more confident about myself.When I first did my dance lessons, my colleges laughed at me , but now they learn from me .I enjoyed myself by teaching coz Dancing has become My Life & My Life is Dancing!!!
